Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the cadoutsource.co.uk website and the services provided by CAD Outsource ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
CAD Outsource provides CAD drafting, design, and documentation services including but not limited to:

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the other party during the term of the agreement and for 3 years thereafter.
In no event shall CAD Outsource be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Maximum Liability: The maximum liability of CAD Outsource for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client.
Clients receive full ownership of completed CAD drawings and documentation created specifically for their projects.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
